DEPOSITS - are enforced to prevent cancellations
- Deposits are Non-refundable and Non-transferable. Except in an unlikely event of a no-show.
- DEPOSITS are required to secure the date and time which adds a layer of protection for BOTH parties of any last minute cancellations.
- When we reserve your date and time with a deposit, we turn away other potential clients for that same date and time. (Sometimes for weeks or even months) And when your secured booking is cancelled on us at the last minute, we often don't have enough time to fill that empty time slot, which for us is a real business loss. Thank you for understanding that it is a business.
RAINY DAY POLICY:
- If your party is scheduled to be hosted outdoors, please make alternate arrangements indoors in the event of rain.
- Deposits are Non-Refundable and Non-transferable due to party cancellations due to weather.
PARTY PACKAGE CHANGES
- Changes to your party package less than 10 days from the date of service, that results in a lesser/smaller package than the original, will result in a $25 fee.
- Changes to the date of your party that are given to us in less than 10-days' time will result in a $25 fee.
CORPORATE & BUSINESS EVENTS
- For cancellations less than 7 days prior to an event, 50% of the invoice is still due.
- Should Party Face Magic be contracted to do prep work such as customizing designs that are to be utilized during an event, and the event is cancelled, 100% of the invoice is still due.
Our policy is that we require a deposit to secure the date and time. If you would like to reschedule, we would need another deposit to secure your new date & time. We're sorry for the inconvenience and we thank you for your understanding regarding our cancellation policy🙏
