Additional Fees for Face Painting

LATE BOOKING

Bookings and/or deposits made 3 days or less before the events may incur a $25 additional fee due to late notice, which also applies to balloon twisting fees and face painting charges.

ARRIVAL TIME

We may arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of a job. Any additional time requested for our arrival will be charged at $25 per every half hour/per artist. Start times earlier than 9 am or later than 7 pm will also incur $25 per hour/per artist as part of our party entertainment fees.

TRAVEL TIME & DISTANCE

Locations that exceed 40 miles one-way from 90808 or 92708 will include a $25+ charge for extra travel time. This also applies to areas such as beach communities around Pacific Coast Highway, which may incur extra fees.

WORK STATION

Adequate workspace and a table must be provided for the artist, along with shade. If the event is held outside, covering for shade in the form of a large umbrella or pop-up/canopy for the artist is necessary. A $35-50 rental fee will be added if the artist is requested to bring a table, chair, and/or shading. It's important to place artists away from loud amplified speakers to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone.

PARKING FEES

Events situated in high traffic areas (i.e., Santa Monica Pier, The Grove, Third Street Promenade, etc.) will include a $25 charge unless prior parking arrangements are made to guarantee easy accessibility to the party site. Additionally, parking fees at venues such as sports arenas, museums, restaurants, and parks will be reimbursed to the artists.

PROCESSING FEES

Party locations that require 'Added Insured' to our liability insurance will include a $25 processing fee, which is separate from balloon twisting fees and face painting charges.
